Accessibility Statement
Last Updated: October 1, 2026
At SubTracking ("SubTracking", "we", "us", or "our"), we are firmly committed to ensuring digital accessibility for individuals with disabilities. We continually enhance user experience for all individuals and apply relevant accessibility standards to guarantee universal access to our subscription tracking platform.
1. Measures to Support Accessibility
To maintain and advance WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility across our web application, SubTracking takes the following proactive measures:
- Programmatic Auditing: Integrating automated accessibility and syntax AST verification into our continuous integration pipeline to catch unlabeled controls, missing attributes, and structure flaws.
- Semantic HTML Architecture: Implementing standard HTML5 landmarks (
<header>,<main>,<footer>,<nav>) to allow seamless navigation by assistive technologies. - Complete ARIA Integration: Equipping every interactive icon, toggle switch, dialog, and control with meaningful
aria-label,role, and dynamic state attributes. - Accessible Form Controls: Ensuring all form fields have explicitly associated
<label htmlFor="...">tags and assistive descriptions. - Scalable Typography & Contrast: Ensuring high color contrast ratios meeting or exceeding WCAG AA minimum thresholds and supporting viewport zoom without loss of functionality.
2. Assistive Technology Compatibility
SubTracking is engineered and tested to be compatible with modern operating systems, modern evergreen web browsers (Chrome, Edge, Safari, Firefox), and standard assistive technologies, including:
- Screen readers such as VoiceOver (macOS / iOS), NVDA and JAWS (Windows), and TalkBack (Android).
- Screen magnification software and browser zoom up to 200% and beyond without clipping or loss of critical content.
- Speech-to-text recognition software and alternative input devices.
3. Keyboard Navigation Guidelines
SubTracking can be operated entirely using standard keyboard navigation without requiring a pointing device:
- Tab moves focus forward through interactive elements, buttons, and form inputs.
- Shift + Tab moves focus backward to preceding interactive elements.
- Enter or Space activates buttons, links, switches, and selectable list items.
- Escape dismisses open dialogs, drawers, and modal overlays.
- A "Skip to main content" link is provided as the very first focusable element on every page to bypass header navigation.
4. Technical Specifications
Accessibility of SubTracking relies on the following technologies to work with the particular combination of web browser and any assistive technologies or plugins installed on your computer:
- HTML5
- WAI-ARIA (Accessible Rich Internet Applications)
- CSS3 & Tailwind CSS
- JavaScript & TypeScript
